Re:  F.O.I.L. Request - Inspect appraisals of town owned property (19+ > acres) situate on     Rte. 6, in the Hamlet of Carmel.

Dear Mr. Barile:

This letter is to inform you that the above request for public access is denied based on the attached memorandum which is self-explanatory.  I am also bound to inform you that you have the right to appeal to the Supervisor of the Town of Carmel, Frank J. DelCampo, 60 McAlpin Ave.,  Mahopac, N.Y. 10541 (914-628- 1500).

The time within which an appeal may be commenced is limited to thirty (30) days from the date of denial of access. If you choose to appeal, it must be a written appeal submitted in triplicate identifying the date and location of your request for the records that were denied and your name and return address.
