Should a golf course be considered open space?  A developer seeks to use the Centennial Ridge golf course as open space  for his adjacent residential housing development The Links.  The Town Board is currently reviewing the town law regarding the definition of open space.  See message board discussion  (also see Journal News article)

Tilly Foster Farm:  Putnam County in negotiation to acquire Tilly Foster Farm in Southeast.  Land swap deal in the works.  (see Journal News article)

A  panel of experts and local officials will discuss and answer questions about town water quality and supply.
